Touring Turtle: A Chinese Adventure” is a smart card game designed for the iPad. Users simple download the app from the app store and can start playing right away by placing cards on the screen! Learn more than 350 Chinese characters and vocabularies with Set 1 + 2, where players will learn how to form Chinese puzzles, Mandarin and Cantonese pronunciation, and stroke order. All vocabularies are selected from the “Hong Kong Chinese Lexical Lists for Primary Learning” and are suitable for grade 1 to grade 3 learners. All cards are completed with Montessori tactile printing to give a touch and feel of the physical presence of strokes. Also included are vocabulary and character lists for each scene for parents to check on their children’s progress. Now available in both traditional and simplified Chinese.

Turtle Learn's journey began in 2021, originally as a social responsibility pilot project in collaboration with the Institute of Special Needs and Inclusive Education (ISNIE) at the Education University of Hong Kong. The project merged traditional teaching theories with the latest technology to develop a series of products designed to help children learn Chinese. The name "Turtle Learn" is inspired by the fable "The Tortoise and the Hare," conveying to children that learning is not about who is ahead at the start, but who can persevere and strive for satisfactory results in the end.
