This course aims to provide learners with the theoretical knowledge and application skills in Aromatherapy. Learners will explore the properties and application of essential oils, understand the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and explore the benefits of aromatherapy from a pathological perspective. After mastering the basic theories, learners will have many opportunities to practice aromatherapy in practical classes and learn how to apply essential oils to the human body.
It is worth mentioning that this course is accredited by the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA), and students can apply for exemption from the IFA anatomy and physiology exam paper by enrolling in the UK qualification – “TQUK Level 4 Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology (RQF)”. Not only are we the only college in Hong Kong to offer this exemption, but we are also the college with the most accreditations for aromatherapy programmes in Hong Kong, with as many as 7 international accreditations for the Diploma in Aromatherapy programme alone.
