Drawing on 15+ years of UK and international experience in teaching, leadership, and coaching—as a Head of English, EAL/Literacy Coordinator, and SENDCO—Anna helps schools adopt whole-school approaches to EAL and language inclusion. Specialising in strategic and operational leadership for EAL and academic language development, Anna partners with senior and middle leaders to strengthen curriculum frameworks and implement meaningful, inclusive adaptations. She delivers high-impact training and curriculum workshops that support teachers to refine their pedagogy and adapt lessons to evolving student cohorts. With a strong focus on language access, equity, and the reading process, Anna helps schools embed inclusive, evidence-informed practices that benefit all learners.
